The Alumni Association of Dr. S.R.C. Institute of Speech and Hearing was registered on 12th September 2016 under the Karnataka Society Act 1960. The alumni are proud contributors not only to their alma mater but also towards the welfare of society across the globe. They are well placed in various institutions, hospitals, hearing aid companies, research and development sectors, government projects, private clinics, and more.
The alumni impart knowledge to budding professionals either by sharing their experience and expertise or by facilitating international faculty engagements through their contacts. They help in conducting seminars with eminent personalities in the field on a national platform. Additionally, they represent the Institute through presentations at global platforms. Some members also contribute monetarily by providing hearing aids to the needy and funding seminars, among other initiatives.
Every year, the institute bestows the “Best Alumnus” award in the areas of Clinical Practice and Academics. The following alumni have received the award since 2016:
