DOCTORAL PROGRAM IN SPEECH, LANGUAGE AND HEARING SCIENCES
Provides researchers with the opportunity to undertake in depth studies related to speech, language and hearing processes, disorders and management. Interdisciplinary approach to research is encouraged.
Admission Eligibility:
Candidates who have successfully completed MASLP, MS in Audiology, MS in Speech Language Pathology, MS in Speech & Hearing, MPhil are encouraged to apply. Candidates from related fields such as clinical psychology, child development, special education, counseling, learning disability etc. can register as interdisciplinary research candidates on approval from Bangalore University, as supernumerary candidates.
Qualifying test followed by viva-voce conducted by Bangalore University for the post-graduate candidates.
Candidates having MPhil are exempted from qualifying test.
Candidates have to undertake research under guidance of faculty/researcher approved by Bangalore University at the Institute.
Enrolled scholars should attend program full time at the Institute.
